I have been a Realtor since February 2006 and a real estate investor since 2000. I just recently opened my own brokerage called Safari NW Realty. I established Safari NW Realty to give my clients an extra ordinary experience for their real estate services. I received an award in 2007 for being voted one of the top seven percent of real estate agents in the Seattle Area as a Five Star: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent for 2007. On going training is really important to me because it keeps me up to date on new changes in real estate law and new ways of marketing and selling homes. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative which has given me extensive training on being the best professional I can be for my buyers that I represent. I am a trained Home Staging Specialist, which has given me training on staging your home to give you the best advantage for selling your home. My previous career was being a police officer, deputy sheriff, and detective for almost 20 years. I believe those experiences have given me exceptional negotiation skills. Most of all, I provide ongoing professional relationship contact to my clients before, during, and after they purchase or sell a home that has developed many friendships along the way! I know my team of brokers will do the same.

I have successfully completed several courses and have earned my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI 100 (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert).
