I build my business by referral, therefore many of my clients know each other and/or become a part of my community. I believe in keeping in touch with all of my clients-so I have established a Client Appreciation Program. This page is designed to introduce you to what my Client Appreciation Program is and about upcoming events for my clients. If you would like to participate in this program, there is no obligation to use my services as a Realtor and you can opt out at any time.
What you can expect as being a part of this Community
- Every month I send an item of value in the mail to you usually in the form of information such as ways to improve your home with maintenance tips or other organizational ideas.*
- Every now and then I pop by with a small gift to say hello and see how things are going with your home.
- I have a great referral database with professional service people that either I have used or others in my database have used. If you know anyone that has done a good job for you, I would love their referral so that I could share their business with others.
I will call to say hello to see how things are going. Of course, if a client does not want to be a part of this program…I will respect their wishes.

If you or a family member or friend are interested in finding out more about my real estates services, I would love to hear from you. You may email me or call me. Due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise, I may not be able to do this every month.
I try to refer only service people whose service/workmanship I have seen or experienced and who have done a good job for me or others. I cannot guarantee any workmanship or services that these people perform in the future for you or anyone else. It’s always nice to have someone referred vs. choosing someone you don’t know anything about or the quality of his/her work.
