I wanted to share with you about my new home. My husband and I are having a new home built by Quadrant Homes. I have sold Quadrant Homes to my buyers previously and I have been very impressed with their quality and customer service. So, we decided to have a Quadrant Home too. I have to say that it has been a wonderful experience so far. The paperwork went smooth and their Sales Agent James Hall has been nothing but exceptional. They keep in touch with us by sending us surprise coffee mugs with newsletters and calling letting us know what’s next as our house progresses! James surprised us also with sending us email photos of the progress.

We are so close to moving in! I am so impressed with how smooth everything is going and quality of professionals that have built our home. Here are a couple of photos of the inside.

Our home became officially ours and we have boxes everywhere! As soon as it’s presentable- I’ll share some inside photos. I would highly recommend purchasing a Quadrant Home! Their commercials are not overly exaggerating on the size of their homes. In our model-our closet for our Master Bedroom was the size of one of my bedrooms in my previous home.
